Haroldo Lima (født 15. januar 1939 i Caetité i delstaten Bahia i Brasil, død 24. mars 2021 i São Salvador i Brasil) var en brasiliansk politiker og anti-diktatur-aktivist.

Han var folkevalgt medlem av Det brasilianske deputertkammer fra 1983 til 2003. Etter dette var han generaldirektør for det Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (Brasils føderale myndighet for petroleum, naturgass og biodrivstoff) fra 2005 til 2011.^[3]

Lima ble rammet av covid-19 tidlig i mars og la to uker på sykehus i Salvador, og døde der den 24. mars 2021.^[4]
