Флаг муниципального образования воспроизводит символику герба муниципального образования и представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с соотношением ширины и длины как 2:3, на всю поверхность которого распространена композиция гербового щита муниципального образования, при этом сине-голубая (верхняя) полоса относится к зелёной (нижней) как 2:1, радиус красного полукруга — 7/15 ширины флага; высота белой фигуры с сине-голубым огнём внутри составляет 3/8 ширины полотнища, а ширина этой эмблемы — 3/10 длины полотнища
