Alfred Ernest Jones (født 1. januar 1879, død 11. februar 1958) var en britisk nevrolog og psykoanalytiker, og Sigmund Freuds offisielle biograf. Jones var den første engelsk-talende psykoanalytiker og ble den ledende eksponent for denne retningen i den engelsktalende verden. Han var også president i British Psycho-Analytical Society og International Psychoanalytic Association på 1920- og 1930-tallet.
