Edward Duyker (født 21. mars 1955 i Melbourne i Victoria) er en australsk forfatter og historiker. Han er sønn av Herman Duyker (Duijker) og Maryse Commins. Hans far er nederlandsk, hans mor er fra Mauritius. Duyker studerte ved La Trobe University og University of Melbourne (Ph.D., 1981).

Duyker har skrevet om den svenske botanikeren Daniel Solander, som var med på James Cooks første ekspedisjon mellom 1768 og 1771. Han har også skrevet biografier om Marc-Joseph Marion du Fresne, Jacques Julien Houtou de Labillardière og François Peron. Med sin mor oversatte han dagboka til den franske oppdageren Bruni d'Entrecasteaux. Hans siste bok er en biografi om den franske oppdageren Jules Dumont d'Urville. Han ble i 2007 medlem av «Australian Academy of Humaniora».
