District of Columbia Court of Appeals er den høyeste domstolen i Washington, DC. Den tilsvarer omtrent høyesterettene i de amerikanske delstatene. Den må ikke forveksles med U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, som er en føderal domstol.
Domstolen ble opprettet av den amerikanske Kongressen i 1970. Den behandler ankesaker fra Washingtons lokale domstol, Superior Court of the District of Columbia, samt en rekke lokale etater.
