City vs. County of Heilbronn

Excuse me writing in english while i dont speak norsk. This stub article has a major basic problem, because it does mess up the city of Heilbronn with the county of Heilbronn. The infobox gives correct details for the city, but the map and the community list within the article decribe the county of Heilbronn (norsk: Landskretset Heilbronn, german: Landkreis Heilbronn), that does surround the city, which itself is not part of the county.
