Mothership er et samlealbum av det engelske bandet Led Zeppelin.
Musikkalbumet ble utgitt av Atlantic Records og Rhino Entertainment 12. november 2007 i Storbritannia og 13. november samme år i USA. Sporene på albumet ble valgt ut av de gjenlevende medlemmene; Robert Plant, Jimmy Page og John Paul Jones og representerer alle bandets åtte studioalbum.
Albumet er i tillegg til dobbelt-CD-en også tilgjengelig på både «deluxe» og «collector's editions» med DVD av diverse konsertopptak. En LP-pakke på fire vinylplater ble sluppet 26. august 2008.
