Illinois Institute of Technology er et privat, ikke-kommersielt universitet i Chicago, Illinois.
Det ble grunnlagt i 1890 som Armour Institute of Technology, men Chicago-Kent School of Law er fra 1888 og ble slått sammen med IIT først i 1969. Universitetets Institute of Design ble grunnlagt i 1937 av Bauhaus-læreren László Moholy-Nagy. Stuart School of Business kom til på 1960-tallet.
