Edward J. Cowan

Edward J. Cowan (til daglig Ted Cowan) (født ?) er en skotsk historiker, MA i Edinburgh, Royal Society of Edinburgh, og er i dag direktør ved Universitet i Glasgows Dumfries Campus[1] og professor i skotsk historie. Hans viktigste forskningsinteresser er omfattende og omfatter vikingtidens Skottland, den skotske uavhengighetskrig, tidlig moderne skotsk politisk tenkning, covenantbevegelsen, skotske utvandringshistorie, og skotter i arktiske og Stillehavets nordvestlige område.
