Cumberland County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Maine. Det ligger i de sørlige delene av staten og det grenser mot Androscoggin County i nord, Sagadahoc County i øst, York County i sørvest, Oxford County i nordvest og mot Atlanterhavet i sør.
Cumberland Countys totale areal er 3 152 km² hvorav 988 km² er vann. I 2006 hadde fylket 274 598 innbyggere, det mest folkrike av alle Maines 16 fylker, og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Portland.
Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1760 som Cumberland County, Massachusetts fra deler av York County.
