Béla Anton Leoš Fleck (født 10. juli 1958 i New York City, New York, USA) er en amerikansk banjoist. Han er allment anerkjent som en av verdens mest innovative og teknisk dyktige banjoister.[1] Han er best kjent for sitt arbeid med bandene New Grass Revival og Béla Fleck and the Flecktones.
